Job Description

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is looking for a Special Education Teacher to join our team of

Responsible for working with children who have disabilities, including cognitive, emotional, or physical disabilities, at a middle Teaches disabled youth life skills and basic literacy and modifies general education curriculum to meet the childs

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Teach disabled children who have mild to moderate
  
• Instruct students at the middle school
  
• Modify traditional education curriculum to meet childs
  
• Assist children with specific learning disabilities, speech or language impairments, mental retardation, emotional disturbance, multiple disabilities, hearing impairments, orthopedical impairments, visual impairments, autism, combined deafness and blindness, traumatic brain
  
• Help identify children with special
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role
  

• Experience working with children with a wide range of disabilities
  
• BSc in Special Education; MSc is a plus
  
• Have or be eligible to apply for an Illinois PEL with special education endorsement
  
• Must be able to work up to hours per week full term
