Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organizing all the related documents in ensuring the project constructions runs on schedule
- Leading the project development needs related to the documents and administration issues
- Handling all project construction licenses, specifically for Industrial regions
- Submitting all the work progress reports in timely manner as requested (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) to the stakeholders (Project Manager)
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in engineering, legal, and management
- Fluency in english is a must
- 3+ years experiences handling administrator role for project establishment
- Experienced on handling all project construction licenses, specifically for Industrial regions
- Willing to work at South Jakarta
