Job Description
General Dentist -33% to 35% of Collections
Fredericksburg, Virginia
We are looking for a General Dentist to join our practice on a full time basis with a future partnership The practice is dedicated to providing patients with excellent care and personalized service to make their visits as comfortable and pleasant as Their services include Cleaning & Prevention, Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Restorations, Oral & Maxillofacial and many more state-of-the-art If youre looking for a long term opportunity with huge growth potential, please apply!
Compensation and Benefits
-90-day guarantee at $700 per day
- After collections equal more than $3,000, there is an option for 33% of collections with 50% / 50% split lab fees or35% of collections with full lab fees
- Full Dental benefits covered with family discount

- Eligible for partnership option after 3 years
- Retirement plan with3% contribution of annual income
- Licensing fee assistance after 1 year
- Relocation assistance available for the right doctor
- Malpractice insurance reimbursement after 1 year
Schedule
- Office Hours:8am to 5pm Mon thru Thursday, Friday 8am to 3pm (Optional)
- Flexible scheduling available
- No call, no weekends
- Will float between Fredericksburg and Stafford locations (15 miles apart)
Requirements
- An active Virginia Dental license or willing to obtain
- Able to performmajor cosmetic procedures and surgical extractions are a huge plus
- New grads are welcome
