Tax Manager Public-Listed Organisation

Open Position:Tax Manager (Public-Listed Organisation)

A Public-Listed organisation in Malaysia is looking for Tax Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the overall aspects oftaxof entire organistion and other business subsidiaries
  
• Review companytaxreturn and solve any findings in timely manner and ensureaccurate filingfor both direct and indirect tax
  
• Manage direct and indirecttaxsuch as withholdingtax, incometax(Corporate) transfer pricing reporting and documentation
  
• Woke closely with externalTaxconsultant and auditors in preparation oftaxprovisions andtax;
  

Key requirements include:

• DegreeInAccounting/ Finance/ Banking or Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW,CIMA and etc
  
• More than 7 years of experience in tax with experiece covering both direct tax and indirect tax (service tax, sales taxetc)
  
• A team player with good communcation and leadership skills
