We are looking for an experienced, motivated and ambitious Events Sales Consultant to join our ERUPT brand!

If you love finding new business opportunities and building relationships, this job is for you! As an Events Sales Consultant you ll be directly responsible for selling our portfolio of growth services including events such as conferences and round tables

We are expecting you to have skills and experience in sales and in customer service, and that you are self-driven and result

The Role

  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Network with senior delegates within our markets
  • Identify new leads/sales opportunities
  • Identify potential events and media partnerships to help promote the ERUPT brand
  • Help in the delivery of all events
  • Act as the point of contact for clients & build strong client relationships
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell in collaboration with CS-team
  • Provide customer support when needed
  • Support in expanding Annapurna value-add relationship tools (events, podcasts )
  • Provide professional sales support & facilitate handover to CS-team
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Prepare and present reports on your own KPIs
  • Possess an impressive sales pipeline and a far-reaching professional network

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a sales environment (sales experience in events is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with customer service
  • An ability to gasp clients' needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • Able to demonstrate goal-oriented nature
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • Flexible approach, happy to operate in the grey where needs to
  • Collaborative in nature
