The Role

Connect2Care is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can join the company to assist with the ongoing growth of the high-demand healthcare Attracting quality candidates into the organisation, our Talent Acquisition Specialist team is the face of the company, representing our brand & core You will be responsible for managing tailored & operationally focussed, end-to-end recruitment processes while enhancing the recruitment journey for all incoming The role involves:

  • Sourcing appropriate candidates for key roles
  • Fulfilling ongoing opportunities within the organisation
  • Managing job openings & opportunities across relevant job boards
  • Interviewing both in-person & online
  • Utilising a broad range of recruitment channels, tools & strategies
  • Being an active member on all company social & recruitment platforms
  • Having a solid knowledge of each job role & their requirements
  • Managing & responding to external queries
  • Curating, managing & building an internal talent pool
  • Managing recruitment activities such as recruitment events, open days, expos
  • Liaising with Connect2Care staff members to discuss job availabilities, roles,
  • Building & managing relationships with external agencies
  • Reporting on weekly activity

Requirements

To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following:

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Specialist (exposure in the Healthcare sector is desirable)
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
  • Police Check and International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
  • IT literacy with experience in HRIS/ATS software
  • A comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and mythologies
