Position Hours and Location

  • 1-2 years of VoIP service and Help Desk experience preferred (bonus points for on-site and remote service, cloud management skills, programming and coding experience)
  • Understanding of Voice-over-IP services, SIP technology, and Cellular routing technology
  • Proven track record as a strong, effective communicator
  • Knowledge of Cellular Networking and Telecommunications preferred
  • Knowledge of POTS line technology (analog phone systems, 66 blocks, ) and configurations preferred
  • Certifications and experience with Cradlepoint, VoIP, Yealink, Grandstream preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or relevant field preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and able to work in Ticketing software and Project Management software
