Primary Care Physician - $250k to $270k Plus Production Bonus
Lakewood,Washington
A community based, independent physician organization is currently looking for a Primary Care Physician to join their group on a full-time The group is dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of beautiful and scenic Pierce Many of their physicians have been serving Pierce County since the early Theyre committed to continuing their tradition of caring for people through high-quality, cost-effective medical care to the South Sound
Compensation and Benefits
-$250k to $270k base salary (guaranteed for 1 year) plus production bonuses
-Could earn $300k+ per year with production bonuses
- Full benefits package that is covered by the employer
- 401k with a 3% match
- 3 weeks vacation (negotiable)
- CME fully covered and time is paid
- Licensing fees fully covered
- Potential for future partnership option
- Relocation assistance available if needed
Schedule
-4 10 hour shifts or 58 hour shifts
- Monday thru Friday (Flexible)
-Take yourown call nightly and rotate weekend call
- Maybe a hand full of calls during the week
Requirements
-Active Washingtonmedical license or willing to obtain
-Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- New grads are welcome
