• Read and interpret applicable mechanical drawings and
  


• Select and utilize inspection equipment to perform the required inspection and Complete inspection reports as
  


• Perform Receiving, In-process, and Final Inspection on customer supplied and/or purchased
  


• Perform Quality In-Process Audits as required by approved work
  


• Perform 1st Piece Inspections as required by the IMS / Work Instruction Package (WIP) or customer
  


• Monitors the production process for compliance with all Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering work instructions and
  


• Check all Measurement and Test Equipment used for acceptable condition and adherence to Calibration work
  


• Notify all appropriate EBTEC personnel of quality-related concerns and completes Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMR) as
  


• Assist other company functions in meeting customer
  


• Willing to cross-train across others in-shop disciplines/ inspection disciplines
  


• Willingness to work with shop personnel to induct incoming parts and aid in the expeditious shipment of critical parts
  

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant First Article Inspection experience
  
• Prior aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
  
• Knowledgeable in the use of measuring instruments and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, thread gages,
  
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings and other technical documents
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Possess strong organizational and attention to detail
  
• Demonstrates initiative and be able to work independently with limited
  
• Ability to work under pressure in meeting time schedules
  
• Ability to work effectively with employees
  
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, good communication skills
  
• High school graduate or equivalent
  
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
  
• Adaptability to different inspection methods
