Job Description

Key duties include:


  • Communicate and create shipping arrangements for orders leaving the building
  • Help load and unload gear off trucks using a hand truck, pallet jack, and forklift
  • Create accurate documentation for all equipment on orders
  • Coordinate outbound logistics including scheduling, transit time, pricing, and vehicle type
  • Prepare gear packages and labels
  • Deliver equipment to and from clients, vendors, and shippers
  • Work with Engineering on client preparation
  • Perform quality control checks on warehouse materials such as tripods, lighting, monitors, fiber and more


Requirements

  • Valid Driver s license
  • Must be willing to travel to events on occasion
  • Knowledge of Logistics FedEx & UPS software, freight, USB R2 software and Smartsheet a plus
  • Be part of on-call rotation
  • Computer skills (Word / Outlook / Excel)
