Description Business Analyst
The successful candidate will support the Procurement team by providing various types of
analysis (Market, Historical Spend, Forecasted Spend, ), performance metrics and assistance
to :
Identify, define, and conduct strategic, quantitative, and qualitative analyses for
assessing procurement plans /objectives as it relates to category management and operational
Extensive utilization of Excel to create a variety of customized reports using Pivot Tables to help effective data-based decision
Draw conclusions and recommendations from analyses performed, and assist management and Category team in the development and delivery of reports and
Develop financial models, analytical tools and business cases to support Category
Develop, maintain and report various reports and dashboards to track operational
performances in Oracle or other similar reporting
Actively work with cross functional business units to ensure data taxonomy/naming
convention standards are followed and assist with
Identify and develop business process requirements, outputs, inputs, steps, and
technology interfaces, roles and responsibilities and
Work with internal management teams to develop business performance measures and
key performance indicators to promote and monitor ongoing efficiency
