Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive new business opportunities, build brand awareness for the agency in front of key stakeholders (including existing clients) and support the sales You will report directly to the Board team (Country Managers, Chief Strategy Officer and CEO).

This is a new hire for us and we see this as a critical central coordination role, bringing together the different parts of the business to ensure we're at the front of mind for potential clients while delivering transparent and effective communication to our teams across our three main markets (UK, US and Germany).

As a Marketing Manager at Publitek, you will:

• Help build our Brand get our new brand and proposition out to a global market; build our reputation in core markets and show existing clients what we're doing and why we're the right choice for them

• Build & manage pipeline through marketing campaigns, supporting the growth of our sales pipeline and driving more inbound enquiries

• Support sales provide support on big new business opportunities supporting market intelligence projects and capturing insights, providing collateral for RFPs, updating Hubspot

• Support internal communications work alongside our internal comms lead to ensure consistency of message for all audiences

You'll bring:

• Knowledge of how to run integrated demand and lead generation campaigns, with content strategy and delivery at the heart

• An understanding how to nurture leads

• Experience running marketing automation platforms ( Hubspot) for tracking, managing and reporting on business development pipelines

• Level headed in crisis management

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM

• At least 3 years experience as a Marketing Manager with exposure to multiple international markets
