The Company is in search of a Business Development Officer with experience in luxury furniture, interior designs and sanitary wares sales in Nigeria for both residential and commercial
Compensation: Base Pay is 100, - 150, monthly + Sales Commission + other benefit

Key Responsibilities:
Aggressive marketing, sourcing & attracting potential projects (corporate & individual) for all company s products in public and private
Making regular presentations about all company s products for projects in the form of products presentation, bid, tender, quotation, invoicing,
Identifying and networking new corporate client prospects within your marketing environment and across nigeria, with specific focus on winning business opportunities for the
Consistently and proactively identifying, liaising & attracting professionals in building, real estate & construction industry with the aim of winning at least 85% in these industries and specifying our products to them for their various
Developing & updating a reliable data bank of all professionals in building, real estate & construction
Develop and implement realistic sales & marketing strategy to achieve marketing
Attracting new and existing clients to present our products with the focus to earn their
Register the company as a vendor with all relevant stakeholders and increase awareness for the company s corporate
Generate income for the company through marketing of the company s products and optimally meeting your marketing target by 85%.
Regularly carrying out market/price/product survey of competitors to leverage on competitor s marketing
Keeping track records of your marketing
Any other assignment that may be assigned to you by your senior
A bachelor s degree in marketing, architecture, business management/admin, social sciences, communication art or similar discipline, with a minimum grade of 21 or upper credit for HND
2-3 years working experience in similar
Excellent marketing & sales
Demonstrate strong marketing/networking skills with relevant
Strong verbal & written communication
Excellent phone and presentation
Proficiency in microsoft office
