Since the hospital runs free of cost, we see large number of people calling the hospital to enquire about procedure for admission to hospital for Therefore, there has been a toll-free helpdesk number that was set up to take the A dedicated number 080-4710 4600 has been made operational to facilitate this The Patient Helpdesk is operational from 8 AM to 4 PM from Monday to Since December 2020, a team of volunteers comprising of over 100+ Alumni from Sai Educational Institutions and Sai Devotees have been engaged in this seva activity of handling all patient services related enquiries for SSSIHMS-Whitefield and SSSIHMS-Prasanthi

What is needed here?
With increasing awareness of this Patient Helpdesk facility, the volume of calls have been on the rise and thus necessitating an increase in the team There is a need for an additional 100 volunteers
What is that SSS Grameen Services is planning to do
To start with, hire about 12 fresh graduates (Interns) that are looking to pursue their career in a voice process or a call These interns will be trained free of cost by SSS grameen There is no charge to the The trainer cost is to be funded by Grants or CSR Post training, the interns would be put on the job and are assessed on a weekly basis and are provided with additional support and training so that they gain expertise in voice process and are ready to take up the corporate During the period of internship, internship fee is paid depending on the funding

Your Role
- Committed to undergo/provide training and follow the guidelines & feedback in the spirit of offering the best quality
- Retain empathy towards interns and end users of social sector
Requirements
- Men & Women in any age
- Those with experience (2-5 yrs) in voice call centre and/or training
- Conversational capability in English, Hindi
- Have knowledge in the use of computer applications (must be confident in use of Internet Browsing, Email and Word Document)
- Should not have any health conditions that could aggravate due to continual sitting and screen time for a 3 hour
