Responsibilities:

- Introduce new monitoring system for each of sales account managers activities, pipelines, sales forecast
Requirements
- 10+ years sales experience atIT, networking hardware or software company in Japan
- Experienced using Salesforce or any relevant tools are being used to track/monitor sales numbers
- Achieve the sales revenue target
- Japanese native speaking, reading and writing ability a must
- English - intermediate - advanced level preferred
