Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities in the payroll process
Act as a signatory for the payroll across EMEA
Manage relationships with external payroll partner
Where necessary review the work of colleagues to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
