Tasks
- You will be expected to grow the business from a customer and turnover point of view.
- Defining & taking action on a short medium term operational roadmap: Commercial, product and financial development.
- Deploying and actively contributing to the deployment of the company s strategic development axes.
- Manage activity on all their solutions.
- Supervise the management of budgets (P&L)
- Maintain a positive company culture and unite teams around common projects.
- Navigate the negotiations of certain major accounts and key partners.
- To be collaborative with the team who are responsible for their own scope (Technical, Customer Success etc)
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years within a CEO position.
- You will have previous successful experience working within a fast-growing startup or B.U, and within both national & international markets.
- You will be a native French speaker with fluency in English.
- You will be an excellent communicator, with a previous track record of displaying leadership and having the ability to unite teams around different projects.
- You will Ideally have experience working in the IT Consultancy space.
