About the opportunity

We are currently looking for a Founder Associate Intern to join our team. As a Founder Associate, you ll work on a variety of business development and operational tasks. The role will be based in our Berlin HQ and will report to one of the co-founders. This is a three to six-month internship, with the possibility to extend and become a permanent member of the team.

Tasks

• Be a sparring partner for the Founding team for strategic and operational decisions and projects to continuously build the company
• Support the acquisition of new B2B customers in Germany and strengthen our relations with existing ones to drive up revenue
• Support the Founding team with hiring, investor relations, and daily operations
• Research, analyze and evaluate new business opportunities to digitize the organization of home care and present results to the founding team
• Work closely with the founding team to suggest and evaluate product development initiatives that boost business performance

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor s or master s degree at a top-tier university
• You are an effective relationship builder who can work independently or in a team and can successfully influence decision making
• First professional experience in operations, consulting or finance
• Analytical mindset and ability to deal with pressure, and handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
• Fluent in German & English
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on mentality, always looking for ways to improve the way we operate
