Customer Success Agent (English & French)

Tasks

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, mainly via email or chat
• Providing assistance and information to customers working in the field of event management, which can be operational (explaining the functionality of various features of our software) or technical (testing, identifying errors and providing solutions)
• Assisting in creating and formatting the content of our online knowledge base
• Providing information about clients and their requirements to the management and the rest of the team
• Identifying recurrent customer issues and escalating them to the relevant team.

Requirements

Mandatory criteria:

• On-site work in the Zagreb office
• Previous experience working in support is an advantage.

Special knowledge and skills:

• Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy, with an interest in technology, web and applications
• Previous experience working in support or client-facing roles is an advantage.

Knowledge of foreign languages:

• Mandatory advanced knowledge of English (B2 / C1)
• Mandatory advanced knowledge of French (B2 / C1)

Advanced knowledge of English is very important not only for communication with clients but also for communication with colleagues.
