Experienced Sales Manager with an existing book of business (freight forwarding, remote)

A large freight forwarding company is looking for an Experienced Sales Manager With An Existing Book Of Business in Freight Forwarding (remote position) for multiple locations within the US. The company has been established in 1985 and has 16 offices worldwide. You will work with a great team and have an excellent opportunity to grow within the company. This is a full-time position (not remote).

They are looking for someone who has at least 2-5 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding field, someone who has an exisiting book of business, can drive results and increase revenue. Having connections & exisiting book of business in logistics/freight forwarding is a must.

Salary: Base $60,000-$120,000 /year + commission

SALES INCENTIVES

First 2 years of employment

Quota:                 2X monthly salary & Car Allowance. 

Calculation:        Profit of the files goes towards the quota. 

Commission:     Any profit pass the monthly quota is 20% commissionable. 

Effective on 3rd year of employment

Quota:                 3X monthly salary & Car Allowance. 

Calculation:        Profit of the files goes towards the quota. 

Commission:     Any profit pass the monthly quota is 30% commissionable. 

Benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, commission.

Work hours: 9am - 6pm
