- Advice and support for corporate customers with questions about products and services;
- Contact by phone (inbound) and in writing via online chat;
- Customer-oriented solution finding for all inquiries;
- Optimization of the technical equipment of the partner companies to make them available for any Equip business situation as best as possible;
- The best possible understanding of the products offered, as well as of competitive products in order to To be able to optimally explain the advantages of the end clients brand;
- Processing questions about registration as for partners, status and plan changes
