We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team. You are an individual who is passionate about data and is driven to make a difference in the industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, build and maintain a state-of-the-art cloud-based data platform, and ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable. You will be a key member of the team and will play a vital role in the further development of our data platform.

Your Tasks:

  • Design, build and maintain data storage and processing infrastructure on our state-of-the-art cloud-based data platform
  • Collect, clean, and pre-process data to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Build and maintain data pipelines using modern tools like Airflow, Airbyte, or dbt
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance to meet regulatory and company standards
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvement opportunities to optimize data flow and performance
  • Act as a liaison between the data team and other internal teams to understand data needs and requirements
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, Scala, etc.)
  • Experience with data warehousing, data processing, and pipeline building using modern tools like Airflow, Airbyte, or dbt
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven experience with data governance, quality, and compliance practices
  • Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
