Job Description

Job Description: We're looking for a skilled content writer to work with teams across the company and craft valuable content that will educate our customers and wow our prospects. Your work will have you fiddling with taglines on website pages, writing blog posts for feature announcements, putting together thought leadership posts for guest publications, sketching educational collateral, framing scripts for feature videos, building presentations to better explain features, birthday cards and so on. Your projects will be your own to run, with complete creative freedom, but your content will need to align with brand guidelines. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and updating data into the company's databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Also will be responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence across all platforms. This includes creating and scheduling engaging content, implementing social media campaigns, and analyzing and reporting on the performance of social media efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing and be able to use data and analytics to inform their strategy. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have excellent keyboarding skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with data entry or data management. They should also be able to work independently and be able to follow specific instructions and guidelines. Requirements: 1 years of working as a content marketer or in a similar position Bachelor's degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master's degree, a plus) Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex technical matters in a simple manner without using jargon Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables Confirmed experience working with deadlines to deliver high quality output in a short span of time 1 month of experience in data entry or data management Excellent keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and follow specific instructions and guidelines Experience with database management systems (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) Education: High School or College degree Experience: Review and modify files as needed Manage database requirements. Strong computer literacy skills Excellent attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office Must be able to type 45 WPM Workplace information Remote work only Financial benefits As per collective agreement Work Term: Full/Part Time Work Language: English Hours: Flexible hours per week Responsibilities: Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos and blogs Build and run an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards Optimize all content for SEO to better reach Measure impact and perform analysis to improve critical metrics. Help with localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence Accurately and efficiently input data into company databases and systems Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness Assist with data cleanup and organization projects Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with generating reports and analyzing data as needed We are an equal opportunity employer.
