Tasks
What you will be doing:
- Lead a team of 6 Sherpanees to successfully achieve the defined objectives.
- Define and implement processes and tools to ensure high productivity within your area of responsibility.
- Ensuring substantial talent acquisition operations that fuels growth strategy and anticipates the companies development.
- Responsibility for people operations (contracting, payroll, onboardings, offboardings).
- Responsibility for employee lifecycle incl. employee retention and employee/leadership development.
- Drive change cross-functionally to achieve company goals and visions.
- Actively share and maintain the company culture in a remote-first context.
- Provide the organisation with the right workplace solution to ensure high productivity and satisfaction.
- Define and own the people strategy to support the company s vision
Requirements

- Proven experience in an HR-leadership position
- Knowhow about the strategic and operational people aspects of an internationally distributed organisation

- Fluent in English (spoken, written)
