Currently we are looking to hire an Intern in Data Science at KONUX to work on development of one of our KONUX Network or KONUX Switch products. The internship can involve tasks such as e.g. determining train trajectories from data recorded by our switch monitoring system, improvement of data pipelines for research or model ensembling for connected sensors.

Candidates are expected to already live in Munich or immediate surrounding areas, as this position would require to be present for at least 2 days per week in our Munich office.

Your Impact

• Helping the team with development of our product
• Writing scripts in Python
• Building datasets based on domain knowledge
• Developing a method or a model. By e.g. the use of machine learning algorithms like neural network

Things you bring to the table

• Currently studying for a degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or a related field
• Familiar to work with Python
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of machine learning
• Strong interpersonal communications skills (verbal, presentation and written)
• Autonomous and solution oriented working methods
