Junior Chief Assistant (Tech Start-Up)

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree from a recognised institution required
  • Excellent administrative and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, sharp, rigorous, results-oriented individual
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to diplomatically motivate others and instill confidence to achieve vision and objectives
  • Loyal and compassionate - self-confident to be candid when needed, but humble enough to work behind the scenes creating quiet victories and empowering others.
  • You thrive in a dynamic role and can create structure if none is present.
  • Organized, self-motivator who cares about meticulous attention to detail and, above all, has a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with leadership at all levels
  • Proven ability to learn fairly complex organizational tasks and run them autonomously
Responsibilities
  • Own specific projects as needed
  • Responsible for managing Airbnb
  • Provide diary and office management as needed
  • Manage communications, preparing regular investor reports, presentations and other high-value collateral for the CEO and other executive presentations
  • Lead internal and external communication for the CEO, which will include producing social media content and managing public speaking requests
  • Suggest the best way to organize meetings (attendees, frequency, length, support material)
  • Responsible for setting the agenda in advance and coordinating with all speakers and attendees to ensure the topics are well prepared and presented.
  • Support the CEO in building impactful and insightful presentations (e.g. economic context updates, strategy updates, transversal initiatives)
