- Ensure necessary technical help, develop and support for Genesys Pure cloud
- Expected to liaise with Business users, call center groups for Pure cloud implementation and
- Participate in business stake holder meetings, orientation and ongoing training of new IT
- Coordinate activities with other technical and functional areas as required
- Develop new and/or enhance existing application or system code as assigned or provided in technical specifications
- Perform the day to day functions such as running of existing programs, applications, jobs, reviewing logs for errors, writing or editing software and -code, performing testing activities, and updating documentation
- Support other team members, removing technical road blocks, and suggest new technical solutions
Top 3 Must Haves:
- 4-8 years of
- Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing
- Integration with external Services
- Troubleshooting environment/ API /JSONs
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience as a Desktop/End User Support Engineer
Experienced in researching and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from first line support
Experienced responding to escalated telephone, email and on line requests for technical support
Experienced documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problem using applicable systems and Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
