Requirements

Your role:

  • Your main responsibility will be to provide hard- and software support to users on-site in our Berlin office and remote users, such as:

    • Windows and MacOS clients
    • Office IT, e.g. network, Wifi, printers and conferencing equipment
    • You will need to be on-site in our cool Kreuzberg office at least 70% of your time to help with any IT issues or set up important meetings
  • You will lead the IT onboarding of new employees, including:

    • Purchasing and keeping track of hardware and software licenses
    • Setting up user accounts in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 and other applications
  • You will work with our task and project management tool, improve IT internal processes and create technical documentation

  • You will be the point of contact for our external suppliers and service providers

  • You will be managing our IT inventory and software licenses, including purchasing and asset tracking

Your profile:

  • You re a people person who always strives to improve user s IT experience
  • You have a background/interest in IT support, 1 year of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role is desirable
  • You re a self-learner and always eager to learn new things
  • You re proactively catching potential issues before they cause issues for users
  • You are the person that your friends and family will call when their computers are broken
  • Problem-solving is your thing
  • You are the good lazy and would rather automate something than do it repetitively
