For a permanent position at our client s site in St. Gallen (home office possible within Switzerland), we are looking for an experienced Production Controller Country Groups.

In this role, you will act as an independent sparring partner for our client's country groups and, as a business partner, develop important decision-making principles for the management.

Tasks

• Develop important decision-making principles as a business partner for the Executive Board and Management and ensure Group reporting by Swiss GAAP FER
• Define KPIs in the role of business analyst, measure target achievements and discuss results with relevant stakeholders
• Advise and support the market organizations and continue to expand the product range controlling and production cost controlling
• Support in setting up and further developing controlling in Power BI and optimizing the data structure
• Support the monthly and annual reporting and the entire planning process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a production controller with higher education in finance and/or business administration (Uni/FH/HF)
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products as well as ERP systems such as D365FO and Power BI or similar
• Communicative personality who enjoys further developing established processes with business stakeholders and contributing their ideas
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in English, German is a nice to have
