Our client is the market leading auto-mated micro-needling device company with a range of products from Micro needling devices, skincare, and LED Masks. This company is an ambitious, forward-thinking dynamic business and is recruiting an International Sales Manager.
The International sales Manager will handle managing the international sales efforts of the company, you will oversee all aspects of the sales process, from identifying potential markets, distributors, and clients to developing strategies for selling products or services abroad.
As the International Sales Manager, you will oversee the business efforts of the companys international operations. This includes coordinating logistics, setting up partnerships with local suppliers and distributors, creating long-standing relationships, launching products via e-commerce and into retail distributors.
International Sales Manager Job Duties
An international sales manager responsibilities include:
Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to find opportunities for growth
Meeting with clients in person to complete contracts, discuss product features, and ensure that all parties are clear on terms and conditions
Researching new markets and potential customers to figure out which have the biggest potential for the company s products or services
Setting pricing and margin targets in consultation with upper management to ensure profitability in target markets
Communicating regularly with suppliers to ensure that deliveries are on time and according to specifications
Negotiating contracts with foreign companies to set up new business partnerships or expand existing relationships
International Sales Manager Job Requirements and Skills:
A minimum of 5 years Sales Management experience
English and Spanish professional fluency needed
Experience working in North and South America markets
Experience in working with the skincare and aesthetic market
Experience in delivering product training to distributors, sales staff and end-users
Demonstrated a hunter mentality to go out and win new business, bring on clients and experience working with distributors and distribution networks
Negotiation skills be a confident and astute negotiator
Experience going to industry shows and events
Comfortable to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
Mindset needs to have a tactical, resilient, and competitive mindset
Analytical A strong ability to assess situations, make informed decisions, about which markets to target and approach and what strategies to approach
Problem solving ability to oversee the entire process from start to finish, including managing customers and clients, ability to find and solve problems
Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
