Job Description
Network Support Technician (Routing and Switching)
- Working Location: Brunssum, Netherlands
- Security Clearance: NATO Secret
- Language: High proficiency level in English language
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- CIS network skills up to CCNA
- Experience of Network Operation Centres
- Knowledge of:
Wide area and local area data networks and event management tools
ITIL and in particular Incident Management
DUTIES/ROLE: - Part of a 24/7 capability operating within a shift system within the Network Control Centre of the NCIA Operations Centre
- Provision of NATO Networks support through event and Incident management
