Title: Recruiting Manager

Notes: This is a hybrid Position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and retain a qualified temporary employment agency to supply high quality expeditiously, cost effective, professional, technical, and administrative temporary staff.
- Fill in hiring gaps for specific areas of need, including but not limited, to clerical and administrative support, technology support, special projects, HR and Finance positions.
- Match candidate s skills and experience with the Department s hiring needs.
- Connect qualified candidates with temporary, non-employee positions.
- Employ ethical recruiting practices that are consistent with PA employment laws.
- Increase the number of candidates from diverse backgrounds, such as those from historically marginalized groups.
Required Skills:
- Candidate must have at least five 5) years of documented prior experience in filling staffing needs.
- Candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of the Department s and its core beliefs, values, and mission.
- Candidate must be well-equipped with the latest sourcing, selection and recruitment tools and technologies.
- Employ ethical recruiting practices. Maintain recruiting practices that are consistent with employment laws while promoting ethical hiring.
- Vast database of qualified resumes and resources.
- Proven track record of successes.
- Candidate must demonstrate a commitment to recruiting diverse talent pools, which include candidates from historically marginalized groups.
