Complex call flow designs including natural language, AI, Contact Lens, Wisdom, transcription, call recoding, screen recording and outbound dialing campaign. Setup Kinesis stream for reporting. Amazon Marketplace apps integration including Calabrio and Acqueon. Solution will support multiple environments, for example: dev, test, staging, production. Work closely with cross functional team members and project leads to coordinate delivery of project timeline and milestones including daily/weekly status updates and project planning
