Complex call flow designs including natural language, AI, Contact Lens, Wisdom, transcription, call recoding, screen recording and outbound dialing campaign. Setup Kinesis stream for reporting. Amazon Marketplace apps integration including Calabrio and Acqueon. Solution will support multiple environments, for example: dev, test, staging, production.
