Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Perform check-in and check out for hotel guests in the most professional and efficient
* Manner to ensure high level of guest satisfaction
* Maintain effective communication within the front office department and other
* Departments, Especially housekeeping to ensure seamless experiences for all guests. Attend to guests enquirers and handle feedback.
* Any Other and hoc Duties base on operational needs
Qualification :
- Diploma
- Any Basic Degree [UG / PG]
Designation: Front Desk Executive
Work Location: Singapore
Salary : 2000 $
Working Hours per Week:
- 44 hrs a week / 6 days a week
- Follow company duty roster, rotating shift
Terms and Condition:
- Contract Period: 2 years Work Permits
- Free Duty Meals provided at Employees' Cafeteria
Skills : Basic skill with Good communication skill
