Maintains and develops internet and intranet web sites and web site applications in HTML, CFML, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, XHTML, XSLT, Perl, shell script.Desired experience: 10+ years Web Development experience with Drupal, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Github A developer who's an active member of the Drupal community and has a passion for working with Drupal 7 and 9, Drupal Commerce 2, custom modules, and basically getting the most out of Drupal as it evolves as a platform. Migrates web sites and web site applications from multiple content management solutions, primarily OpenText Management Server/OpenText Delivery Server to Drupal platform. Maintain and modernize legacy web-based applications. Administers and maintains server farm for web sites. Monitors performance of web and application servers and troubleshoot issues. Develops next-generation Website and content management platform to support and integrate an evolving digital judicial ecosystem. Manages and maintains SiteMinder authentication server. Monitors performance of server farm. Maintains an active understanding of industry practices for securing servers, application software, and incident response. Minimum Requirements: Designs Web Services Architecture; develops, implements, and implements secure Web Services using appropriate technologies. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities with stakeholders. Progressively responsible experience developing and supporting website and web-based software applications. Designs and develops user interfaces to Internet/Intranet applications conforming to TxDMV's standards for look and feel; sets and meets expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle. Provides technical leadership for agency's web-based programming; recommends web design methodologies and tool sets; conducts code reviews and walk throughs. Creates website storyboards and facilitates review sessions to iteratively finalize website navigation and design. Works with web content experts and graphic designers to incorporate their work into website and determines operational, technical, and support requirements for operation and maintenance of databases, text, and graphics. Creates multimedia applications using appropriate authoring tools; maintains and supports standard content management system. Designs, implements, and maintains website security measures; monitors website usage and ensures security; provides non-standard business hour trouble-shooting expertise to diagnose website and web-application production problems.
