You will be involved in operational projects using Japanese and English. There are many projects, mainly for user support system operation projects, where we support by touching the actual machine.
1. Design, construction, maintenance and consulting services for information communication systems
2. Development, import and sale of computer software and hardware
3. Commissioned operation, management and maintenance of computer systems
4. Worker dispatch business based on the Worker Dispatch Business Act, etc.
Important Requirements:
Those who can handle business-level Japanese and English (telephone, email, documents)
Those who want to use English to engage in IT work
Those who are motivated to learn about IT technology
People who are comfortable with communication such as answering the phone
Those who can act autonomously
Recommended conditions:
More than 1 year of experience in supporting foreign-affiliated companies in English
More than 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk and user support
Experience in simple troubleshooting of client PCs
Experience solving problems while communicating with overseas teams in English
