Job Description:
- Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
- The role of the Fraud Officer is to proactively identify and evaluate the risk (potential and current) of the company and mitigate it.
- Conduct interviews and reports for the management to ascertain the level of business risk and fraud mitigation plan within the company.
- As part of this role, the Risk and Fraud Officer is authorized to access any necessary documents controls areas or personnel to enable them to effectively perform the duties.
- Relevant Experience: At least 3-6 years experience of working in a financial institution is required for this role.
- Experience of working in a risk management team would be an advantage.

Experience: 2-7 years experience[ minimum 2 years experience in HR field]
Designation : HR Officer
Qualification : Any Post Graduate [MBA., MCA., M.E., M.Sc., (link removed)]
