Salesforce Project Manager / Product Owner CRM (gn)

Your mission

Our rapidly growing Growth team is looking for a highly motivated individual to help drive our team's growth. As Salesforce Project Manager, you will support and drive our Salesforce implementation process and adoption within the company: from communicating with top stakeholders at Wandelbots to leading Salesforce trainings with end users. Our Salesforce Project Manager will be naturally driven to support a large and diverse team across various functions. You should be ready to represent the needs of stakeholders, as well as manage stakeholders expectations and move large projects forward.

YOUR ROLE:

• Gain a deep understanding of Wandelbots business practices and translate those into requirements for our Salesforce instance.
• Seek continuous improvement in our Salesforce implementation efforts, e.g. which CRM apps, components, processes, and workflows should be implemented and when.
• Keep our Salesforce implementation project on track in terms of timing and budgets.
• Keep our C-level team aware of project progress including potential risks, ready with solutions to mitigate these risks.
• Provide hands-on leadership in complex development projects involving application development, migrations, integrations, and enhancements to existing applications.
• Provide holistic support and recommendations for product and process roadmaps, develop design requirements and communicate the same with development teams.
• Map business requirements to system/technical requirements and assess detailed specifications against design requirements.
• Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches to streamline operations.
• Ensure the Salesforce technical design aligns with overall enterprise architecture and scales well.
• Evaluate possible application performance bottlenecks at the early stages of the implementation & recommend remedial measures.
• Understand the technical depth of the project and validate the correct resources for the project.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment.
• Possess drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skills.

Your profile

• Several years of project experience, including leadership
• Deep understanding of Salesforce (certifications a plus)
• A track record of innovating on behalf of customers and developing new to the world products
• Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to influence key stakeholders and make compelling product decisions
• Deep experience testing at scale, including partnering with data science to build new products
• Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions and levels seamlessly juggling the priorities of multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health and to make hard prioritization decisions
• Superior communication skills: you communicate clearly and concisely and can tailor your message to your audience
