Recruiting Intern (d/w/m)

Founded in early 2020, we grew the team from two founders to a group of 13-14 great people. To continue our growth to help more and more companies, we want to grow by another 5 to 7 people in the coming months. Recruiting and retaining the right people is our top priority.

We are currently looking for a recruiting intern who helps shape the company by getting the right people aboard and supporting keeping the right people with us. We expect you to take over the following responsibilities:

Tasks

• Identification: Find awesome people who may soon be a colleague
• Attraction: Convince great people to get into our recruiting stage
• Evaluation: Find out whether it is a mutual fit by performing screening interviews and participating in other interviews
• Operations: Be responsible for and manage the entire recruiting process from the creation of the requirements profile, the selection of suitable recruiting channels, the design of the selection process to the decision-making process and make sure that candidates get an excellent experience along all touchpoints
• Strategy: Be a sparring partner for the development of a new hiring process and let your own ideas influence the company s recruiting future (e.g. employer branding)
