Your Tasks:
The Holder of the position ensures the governance of IT compliance at all
European company sites in collaboration with the Director IT and the European Organisation.
Deploying the companies IT compliance policy at all sites, considering local characteristics and internal requirements.
Development, consolidation, and coordination of a mid-term strategy for the
companies IT compliance.
Guaranteeing effective coordination of internal and external audits (J-SOX, PwC, IATF, ATSG).
Ensuring a regular relationship with other departments (HR, Quality, Audit
Office, Finance...) on IT compliance topics to prevent threats associated with company-wide risks.
Regular communication and promotion of the companies IT conduct guidelines.
Liaising with the IT Site Service & Support team members on IT compliance subjects.
Sensitization of users to good practices related to the companies IT compliance incl. definition of contents and establishing appropriate communication channels.
You are part of the IT steering committee and you report to the corporate Management.
Your Profil:
Degree in economics, computer science, business informatics, legal or comparable backgrounds and you have at least 3 years of experience holding a similar position within industrial and international surroundings, ideally within the automotive industry.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (like ISO, IATF, GDPR, Data Governance
Act, Data Act) and how they relate to IT compliance.
Skills in the application of IT frameworks, standards and methods as well as
management systems.
Ability to work in a matrix organization.
You can work independently and have experience in coordinating international projects.
Assertive personality with strong communication and problem-solving skills and
the ability to work very structured.
This position requires occasional travel activities within Europe.
Your base could be either in North Germany, the Middle of France or the Czech
Republic, depending on where are you coming from.
Fluent skills in the English language, further language skills are an asset.
