Pricing Manager (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

You will be responsible for all pricing and promotional activities for your product families in our national and international markets. The role includes identifying the pricing strategies and price positioning of the product lines that you are responsible for, in collaboration with the product management team and relevant marketing teams to achieve the desired results and ensure healthy growth.

• Defining pricing and promotional strategies and building business cases.
• Managing pricing campaigns and roadmaps.
• Monitoring commercial performance and developing (counter) measures together with other marketing functions.
• Developing promotional campaigns to generate new customers and revenue mix.
• Monitoring competitive developments and market trends, owning the benchmarking for product/price positioning and taking actions against the competition when necessary.
• Conducting research and A/B Test for optimization and staying ahead of competition.
• Finding new and innovative ways to determine the optimal pricing strategy.

We Appreciate:

You have a university degree (e.g. in business administration, economics, marketing) and several years of professional experience in the field of pricing and/or finance preferably in the tech sector and ideally supplemented by experience in marketing or product management.

• You love numbers and know how to get data that tells the real story.
• You have proven your ability to develop strategies to achieve growth.
• In addition to your excellent analytical skills, you enjoy working with facts and numbers and you easily recognise quantitative correlations.
• You are self-confident and possess solid communication and coordinated presentation skills and are able to handle a wide variety of topics at the same time.
• You are curious, a good listener and enjoy working in an international team (very good English skills are mandatory).
• You are well organized, practical and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
