Our customer develops software solutions that help customers to optimise their engineering process. Their group is a truly global enterprise with 12 production sites, 94 subsidiaries and 11600 employees worldwide. For their office in Barcelona we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative
Tasks
- Contact existing and assigned customers from the region to sell the whole EPLAN product portfolio including licenses, support, services and trainings.
- Identify new opportunities with existing customers
- Generate the quote, negotiate with customer and close the deal
- Handle Subscription renewals for the region and assigned customers. To coordinate with Sales Account Managers and CM to achieve target renewal rates as set by the CM.
- Handle sales enquiries via phone and email. Response and/or forward sales enquiries to the appropriate assigned personnel for further handling.
- Preparation of quotation and offers.
- Source new sales opportunities , understanding customer needs through consultative selling,
- identifying key players and generating interest, being able to remove competition where needed.
- Follow up and document leads and opportunities in CRM application
- Tight collaboration with field sales, closing meetings for them and providing sales support when needed.
- Follow up implementation and service delivery to make sure we are able to invoice services.
- ( Occasionally) Cold calling and/or emailing to potential customers/projects.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education
- You are comfortable on the phone and have experience in B2B sales (SaaS background is a plus but not required).
- Good knowledge of standard IT applications ( MS Office) and CRM software
- Personality with persistence and very convincing telephone and very good communication skills as
- well as excellent negotiating skills
- Native German and Good English skills written and spoken

WFH: after training and with good performance the candidate could work 3 days in the office 2 days from home. Please note that the customer does not accept a split during the day (so working in the office in the morning and the afternoon from home).
