High End Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

As a High-End Field Service Engineer, you are the first point of contact for our customers for technical and application questions. You carry out services such as installation, preventive and corrective maintenance for the products of the High-end
microscopy life science range and support for the advanced microscopy at
customer s premises. Evident is committed to the spirit of science - innovation and research are at the core of what we do. Our clients are mainly from the electronic, semiconductor and automotive sector. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Tasks

• You support and actively involve in the selling of services and provide post-sales
  support for products and applications ge, High-end and advanced microscopy (LS)
• You supervise project management: from delivery to installation and successful
  delivery of components and application software to our customers. You also introduce users into device and software to obtain the final installation report

• You ensure maintenance operations (preventive and corrective) at customer sites and carry out a daily activity report on the technical acts performed
• You implement actions to guarantee the achievement of set objectives (performance, deadlines,etc.) and comply with regulatory and security obligations
• You ensure on-site support by traveling (up to 5 days/week), overnight stays (up to
  2-3 days per week as average) nationally (approx. 70%), in the Region (approx.
  20%) but also in some cases in other European countries (10% of activity)

Requirements

• You have the ability to understand and interact with complex technical systems and how these relate to our customer's goals physics or a comparable
  qualification with experience on high-end microscopes
• You have a University degree or equivalent in comparable areas of electrical
  engineering, information systems, biology, physics or a comparable
  qualification with experience in high-end microscopes
• You have experience in field service or similar areas
• You have experience in relevant part of customer-related processes and activities like sales, service or operations
• You have In-depth IT knowledge and a constant willingness to expand technical knowledge along with an economical mindset

• You have a full UK driving license
• You are result oriented and work independently
• You have high ability for traveling and overnight stays with an average of 2-3 days/week where 70% is national, 20% neighboring countries and 10% pan-European
