Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratisation of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth.

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING

• Own the customer acquisition strategy and experimentation roadmap for Paid Social channels across 17 European countries
• Own end-to-end process of executing campaigns, designing and setting up platform specific experiments with focus on Meta and Google
• Build scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup and management
• Identify opportunities to test new platform specific tactics and marketing channels
• Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships (ie. Facebook, Google)
• Partner with your peers in the broader Growth organisation to identify joint test opportunities
• Partner closely with the data organisation in measuring the effectiveness of your paid channel, and the engineering team in building automation tools
• Ensure the good functioning of marketing automation
• Grow the Trade Republic brand and its value

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• +5 years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business
• +3 years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company
• Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel, SQL (not a must)
• Demonstrated experience of all aspects of campaign management including planning/testing, creative development, and ongoing optimization
• Strong grasp of several digital marketing platforms (ie. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, DV360)
• Experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests and translating data into insights
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment
• You are proficient in English
