Tasks
In this internship, you will have a lot of impact. You can show your entrepreneurial mindset as part of the Customer Experience or Sales Team and you are going to work alongside many international, smart and friendly people.
- You actively help shape CARIFY and you will face a variety of different tasks and challenges
- You get a lot of customer both B2B and B2C exposure where you can shape your communication and relationship building skills
- You are responsible for an entire area of work and learn to define priorities and take decision
- You will have to chance to learn about the individual needs of our prospective clients and extract relevant insights to find the best solution for them
- You will be able to conceive innovative strategies for B2C/B2B/B2B2C Sales, such as upselling initiatives and customer retention plans, as well as proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- You will work towards optimizing our conversion rates and increasing our customer lifetimevalue
- You will cooperate in cross-functional team projects and side-by-side with other crucial business functions
