Job Description
Tasks
- Implementing and customizing core insurance systems like Guidewire, TIA or INSIS
- Develop our own systems as a part of internal R&D team
- Design IT solutions and prepare the documentation
- Create unit tests
- Cooperate directly with the clients as an active member of an agile project team
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Commercial experience in any OOP (preferably Java) programming language
- Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, clean code and best practices
- Understanding of software engineering
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions
- Travel regularly
