the world s No.1, 100% neutral, rail freight consolidator. At the moment office in Hamburg is seeking for:

CUSTOMER SERVICE/OPERATION MANAGER

Tasks

• Communicating with agents and partners worldwide
• Communicating with the warehouse, arranging unloadings and loadings of the
  containers
• Monitoring and informing customers about cargo movements
• Entering data into ERP system

Requirements

• University degree ;
• Fluent in German, and English ;
• Fluent knowledge of MS Office;
• Good work time management and self-reliance in task completion
• Possibility to work from the office most of the time
