We are currently looking for a COO (m/f/d) for our partner Customer Alliance. As tech leaders in the Voice of the Customer space, we ve built a powerful platform empowering companies to generate, collect, follow up, and analyse customer feedback at every stage of the customer journey.
Tasks
- Create growth and support the company by identifying and entering new industries
- Responsible for the Sales & Marketing, Customer Success and Customer Support teams
- About 30 people in total with 3 team leads
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience and extensive leadership experience
- Profound experience in the SaaS B2B environment
- Experience in scaling businesses
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Ambitious, committed and results-oriented
