This an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce developer!

You will work in a joyful and dynamic multicultural team in the Athens Zizoo office, cooperating with supportive and social colleagues that care about improving the efficiency of the Operations team processes.

You will be the key contributor to the Operations team platform implementation, developing and maintaining SF platform solutions and relevant integrations with corporate systems. By joining, you will have the chance to experience the effect your code brings to the Zizoo users directly as you notice improving their daily jobs and providing the best services to Zizoo customers. On top of that, you may consider yourself one of the contributors to digitalizing the nautical industry.

Tasks

• Design, estimate, code, implement new features and maintain existing functionalities in the SF platform.
• Develop and maintain the integrations between SF and other corporate solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues.
• Run QAs and support the UAT process.
• Deploy changes and manage the release process.
• Propose technical solutions to the requirements.
• Document system, data architecture, and implementation specifics updates.
• Proactively propose technical improvement tasks.
• Support on administration tasks.
• Participate in meetings with the SF team and with stakeholders.
• Takes initiative to learn and enhance technical knowledge and skills continually

Requirements

• 2+ years of development experience in SF solutions. (Working experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and flows).
• 2+ years of configuration experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of SF Architecture and technologies.
• Working experience with systems integrations technologies and tools ( e.g., SOAP, REST APIs, XML, JSON, ETL tools).
• Working experience with HTML, SOQL Javascript.
• Working experience with development, and deployment tools (e.g. Visual Studio IDE, Git).
• Ability to technically analyze and propose technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and logical skills.
• You enjoy working with SF flows, apis, and coding.
• You aim to improve your expertise to grow.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS integrations
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, Confluence
• Work before with Aircall and Twilio products
• SF certifications
