ABOUT THE TEAM

Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratization of wealth and closing the pension gap. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth.

This specific role will be ingrained in the Country Management team within marketing. You will be working directly with a group of experienced managers looking to grow Trade Republic's presence and business in 17 markets across Europe.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Support the Country Managers day to day operations in multi-country 360-degree marketing & growth plans, touching affiliates, influencer marketing, PR, CRM and Social Media
• Generate business insights and identify new opportunities to shape Trade Republic's brand and grow the business internationally
• Significant cross-channel communication and stakeholder management: build and maintain reporting for external stakeholders and the Chief of Staff on International markets performance and initiatives
• Support Country Managers with building an ecosystem of partners and suppliers: negotiations, relationship management, performance measurement and reporting
• Work with multiple data pipelines to build and maintain the reporting systems guiding our decisions
• Build intel around competition in all International markets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have finished a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a similar field
• First work experiences through previous internships in marketing in the Tech, banking, consulting or FMCG industry
• Passion for Brand Management, Growth and market trends
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Passion for Trade Republic's brand and for financial markets (no expert financial knowledge required)
• MS Office (and in particular MS Excel) proficiency
• Fluent English skills (other European languages would be a plus)
• 6 months duration internship with immediate start date preferred

• VBA or advanced MS Excel
